Vickie Lynn Thompson

Vickie was born to Ebben and Cecelia Davis in Detroit, Michigan September 12, 1946. She was raised in St. Clair Shores with her sisters Barbara and Janis. She attended St. Lucy’s Middle School, graduated from Southlake High School, and later studied accounting at Macomb College.

Vickie had many interests including golf, bowling, crafts, cooking and horror novels and movies. She loved spending summers up north in Michigan, and after retiring, she came to love winters in Tucson, Arizona.

Vickie was married to her husband, Jim for 58 years. They were blessed with three sons Richard, Todd and Gregory.

She will be remembered for her quick wit and ironic sense of humor that was mostly self-deprecating, but anyone could be the brunt of her joking. She left us with a smile on her face.
