James Floyd Potts, age 83 of The Villages, FL, formerly of Clawson, MI passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024. James was born August 3, 1941 in Clawson to Hencie & June Potts. James is survived by his wife of 54 years Victoria (Miller) Potts; children Marcia Potts & Tiffany (Tim) Gunn; grandchildren Daniel & Matthew Gunn. Brother of Eugene, Kenneth, & Mary June. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Emma Lee & brothers Haynes, William, Carl & Mike. A memorial for friends & family will be held at a later date.
