Float Down invasion goes viral

About 1,500 Americans invaded Canada illegally Sunday.

The story of Port Huron's Float Down has been picked up throughout the world, first reported here at the Times Herald, and now spreading to the likes of Drudge Report, Time magazine, and La Voz de Galicia, a daily newspaper in Spain.
The Times Herald's Nicole Hayden reported the event that one Canadian officials called a "nightmare."
